Some of my executive coaching clients were my friends before they became my clients. Some of my clients are strangers taking a chance based on a referral or recommendation. As with all great relationships, when there is mutual respect and trust, loyalty abounds.

And over time, my clients who did not start out as friends have become my friends. And the friendship far outlasts the scope of the project. Let’s become friends.
